Sónia + Dourado | Casamento Civil numa casa senhorial no Porto

Se há casal que soube viver o dia do casamento com energia e felicidade máxima, foi a Sónia e o Dourado. Quando os conhecemos, além de repararmos na cumplicidade que tinham um pelo outro, percebemos de imediato que eram pessoas decididas e que sabiam bem o que queriam.

Uma das coisas que nos disseram é que gostariam que o casamento deles fosse no Porto, num lugar especial e com história. Por isso eles escolheram o Cais Novo, uma antiga casa senhorial, para celebrarem com as pessoas que mais amam, o amor que sentem um pelo outro!

Confessamos que temos um carinho especial por eles. Somos profissionais mas também somos humanos e a verdade é que a energia deles como pessoas individuais mas também como casal e adicionando a simplicidade da família, nos fez sentir aquele dia de casamento como se também fossemos convidados. Acabamos por também viver as emoções à flor da pele.

Dias antes da cerimónia, fomos com a Sónia e o Dourado até à Serra do Alvão em Vila Real, fazer algumas imagens bonitas. Depois de uma semana de sol, o inverno resolveu regressar em pleno mês de maio e pregar-nos uma grande partida! Estava um frio absolutamente petrificante que mal nos permitia carregar no “REC”! No entanto, a energia deles mantinha-se intacta e apesar de estarem menos agasalhados do que nós, continuaram empenhados e com uma vibe incrível. Parecia que aquele vento gelado e cortante não os afetava em nada. O abraço que davam um ao outro era mais forte do que todo aquele gelo e vento cortantes!

Este casamento no Porto tinha de ser o reflexo destas duas almas irreverentes mas cheias de sentimentos doces uma pela outra e assim foi…! A Sónia e o Dourado fizeram a decoração do Cais Novo num estilo Boho absolutamente maravilhoso. Os tons quentes da roupa do Dourado mas também das luzes da decoração do casamento civil deram uma energia única ao espaço.

A Sónia estava maravilhosa num vestido Pronovias super elegante, que destacava as costas. Além disso ia com o cabelo solto (como adoramos noivas de cabelo solto) o que misturava a irreverência com a elegância. É incrível como estas duas palavras fazem tanto sentido juntas!

Nós gostamos muito deste casamento. Adoramos perceber que é possível aos noivos decorarem um casamento ao seu gosto e gastando pouco dinheiro. Além disso, as Cerimónias Civis podem ser feitas em locais diferentes, históricos, em montanhas, lagos, na rua…! Basta haver vontade, criatividade e energia. : )

Fazer casamentos em sítios diferentes é possível. Às vezes basta sermos criativos e não termos medo de arriscar!

Sónia + Dourado | Civil Wedding in a manor house in Porto

If there is a couple who knew how to live their wedding day with maximum energy and happiness, it was Sónia and Dourado. When we met them, in addition to noticing the complicity they had for each other, we immediately realized that they were determined people and that they knew what they wanted.

One of the things they told us is that they would like their wedding to be in Porto, in a special place with history. That's why they chose Cais Novo, an old manor house, to celebrate with the people they love the most, the love they feel for each other!

We confess that we have a special affection for them. We are professionals but we are also human and the truth is that their energy as individuals but also as a couple and adding the simplicity of the family, made us feel that wedding day as if we were also guests. We ended up also feeling all the emotions.

Days before the ceremony, we went with Sónia and Dourado to the Serra do Alvão in Vila Real, to make some beautiful images. After a week of sunshine, winter decided to return in the middle of May! We were not ready for that! It was an absolutely petrifying cold that barely allowed us to load the “REC”! However, their energy remained intact and despite being less wrapped up than we were, they remained committed and with an incredible vibe. It seemed that the cold, biting wind did not affect them at all. The hug they gave each other was stronger than all that biting ice and wind!

This wedding in Porto had to be the reflection of these two irreverent souls but full of sweet feelings for each other and so it was ...! Sónia and Dourado decorated the Cais Novo in an absolutely wonderful Boho style. The warm tones of Dourado's clothes but also the lights of the civil wedding decoration gave a unique energy to the space.

Sónia was wonderful in a super elegant Pronovias dress, which highlighted her back. In addition, she went with her hair down (as we love loose hair brides) which mixed irreverence with elegance. It's amazing how these two words make so much sense together!

We really enjoyed this wedding. We love to realize that it is possible for newlyweds to decorate a wedding to their liking and spending little money. In addition, Civil Ceremonies can be held in different, historic locations, in mountains, lakes, on the street ...! There will only be will, creativity and energy. :)

Having weddings in different places is possible. Sometimes it is enough to be creative and not be afraid to take a risk!
